Extreme luxury is easy to find on the Las Vegas strip, but hard to compete with. That’s why many are impressed with Wynn Las Vegas. Hotel owner Steve Wynn opened the hotel in 2005, investing $2.7 billion in this 2,700 room hotel.
The Wynn Las Vegas offers 18 restaurants, a 7, 042 yard golf course, 32 boutiques such as Vegas’s first Manolo Blahnik and Oscar de la Renta on the strip, a 45-room spa, a Ferrari dealership, two must-see shows, water-centered entertainment attractions that go every half-hour in the evenings, launching from the 140-ft. alpine mountain and 70-ft. cascade of water that empties into a 3-acre reflection lake within the hotel’s grounds (which is edged by many restaurants, including Parasol Up and Parasol Down and the Daniel Boulud Brasserie.
The Spa at Wynn Las Vegas offers more than 40 treatment rooms, a large Jacuzzi, plunge pools, to “deluge” chambers where powerful water pound out sore muscles on shoulder and neck areas, and a large coed waiting room/Zen chamber between the men’s and women’s lounges. Some of their unique spa treatments include the Arabian Massage, an 80-minute treatment of warm oils massaged into pressure point areas in the scalp and feet and an over-body massage; a 20-minute milk bath laced with coconut, pineapple, honey and lavender; and the Good Luck Ritual, which puts the five elements of Feng Shui into the treatment to being on good fortune at the casinos.

The Wynn offers two shows. First is “Le Reve” (from $99 a seat), a Cirque du Soleil spin-off on water. Second is “Spamalot” (from $69 a seat), which is a combination of the celebrated Monty Python shows from Broadway. Wynn packages the shows with a dinner for two at one of eight restaurants (the Bartolotta-Ristorante di Mare, Daniel Boulud Brasserie, Okada, Tableau, The Country Club-A New American Steakhouse, Wing Lei, Terrace Pointe Café and Corsa Cucina) which will allow for a night to remember. And afterwards you can go to luxury bars such as Tryst, and the Blush and B Bar.
