activities and by mailing you packets of island information before you get
there. You can plan your stay if you choose before you even leave home! Our
renters have commented that we made their first trip to St. Maarten easy and
comfortable by providing such a wealth of information prior to their
arrival. We want to make Island Oasis stand out by providing what most other
villa owners don’t provide… service~!

Island Oasis is a private, quiet, upscale 3 bedroom villa located on
the Dutch side of St. Maarten in the Pelican Key area. Freshly painted and
totally refurnished, it has been tastefully decorated in soothing tones of
white, blues and yellows throughout. With our guests’ comfort in mind, our
villa is decorated with a distinct and discriminating flair.

The villa features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with
service for 12; stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and
washer/dryer and 2.5 remodeled baths. AC throughout as well as floor and
ceiling fans in each room. Each bedroom has ample storage and closet space.
Both the living room lanai and the master bedroom balcony feature gorgeous
views of the ocean. The master bedroom, with king size bed, has a sitting
area. One guest room features a queen size bed and the other a double bed.
Each has double dressers. Housekeeping service provided for the adults, Play
Station 2 for the kids, and wireless for everyone. Beautiful, flowered
grounds, private gardener-maintained property.
